Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is easy to drink. It mellows, and turns into a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to add balance. The result is a delicious coffee which can be enjoyed by itself or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee as this can cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.

To brew the coffee, first heat up your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to stop the coffee from absorbing too much and forming unwanted elements in your drink.
